Due to an overnight service appointment of my Honda NT-1100 I took the possibility to test the new Honda Transalp 750.
It weighs about 220 kg with fuel and has 92 HP. In comparison to my wife's TIGER 900 there is not really a power difference notable. It moves forward at all gears and reaches high speeds in the same time like the TIGER 900.
I am only missing handguards, a quickshifter and a main stand on my tested basic model. Those item are offered by Honda. Only a cruise control is not available nowadays.
The fuel consumption is low (4,4l/100 km) under mixed conditions (small streets in the country, highway and in the city).
The standard seat is also comfortable for long rides.
In the afternoon I will have done 330 km with it.
    In the following some photos.
