I was on another forum where for that day everything you posted was translated into pirate talk, but reverted back the next day. It was funny
I love it when people around me talk like a pirate in celebration. Had a work mate that was really good at it and he always made me laugh. I am not very good at it, even typing, so I'll leave it to the more clever bunch. I can talk like a cowboy, though, when's that day? BTW, today is also the "birthday" of the United States Air Force (from which I retired in 2004) -the baby brother of our forces. Happy 72nd! Edit: 73rd, I suck at maths.
It might help thi, Jtc, and Oda. Just to confuse thi, although t'dialect is broadly t'same across Yorkshire, thiz regional differences. So don't take that translator as gospel.
No quack like a duck day but there is a National Donald Duck Day on June 9th https://nationaltoday.com/national-donald-duck-day/ Alfie
8th February is International Walk Like An Egyptian Day. Note: citizens of Egypt are, however, allowed to walk normally given that their perambulatory proclivities are already Egyptian by default. Alfie
