    help/ advice required,
I own a 1998 T595 Daytona, it has recently started cutting out after around 3 to 4 miles, it appears as though the fuel is cutting out. The engine turns over but will not start up again until after it has rested for around 40 minutes ish. I have changed the fuel pump, filter and pressure regulator along with the electrical relay, and the problem is still there. Does anyone know what the problem could be.
    Cheers Andy.

Could be the fuel pipe blocked or twisted and not allowing fuel through. Also could be an air lock,? Try it with the petrol cap undone. You say after about 40 mins, on my bike I would say check the crank position sensor but sorry I don't know about yours. They tend to fail when hot and after cooling down they work ok for a bit.
I am sure the more knowledgeable guys will be along soon

Hi Kyophoon (fascinated by the name btw!) I would be checking the petrol tank vent, as it sounds like there might be a problem with air flow (which should be entering the tank as fuel is used up) being blocked.

Have you tried running it with the fuel cap off/open?
