I am considering a few changes to my 2016 T120, such as Remus cans, Hagon shocks, and upgraded fork springs. Don’t want to do all together, which do members think I should do first to make most significant improvement to bike and ride quality.
    Thanks in advance for comments.

Shocks plus progressive fork springs as they’re not too dear

Then have a look at cans x pipes etc

    Hi Drummer

I put Hagon 2810 shocks on and TEC progressive springs. Easy to yourself

    All the best

Thanks for your comments, however my post you replied to was 11 months ago and I have changed models since then. Seems maybe forum needs to highlight posting date in a more prominent way as I believe you probably thought you were replying to a recent request for info.

Supersprox do a 39 tooth sprocket. It will fit without having to add any chain links and makes a big improvement. Triumph should fit this as standard.
I think any larger and 1st gear will be too low.

I decided to change the look of the chain guard to this.
