I was reading my owners manual and it states that the preload on the rear suspension should not be adjusted. Being a fat bastard (20stone) I was hoping to adjust my suspension for sag and whatnot.

What would you recommend? Follow the owners manual or adjust away?

Also the manual recommends fuel of 95RON, being located in Canada my fuel choices are not rated in RON, and my choices are

Shell v power 91 octane ethanol free fuel, or

Petro-Canada 94 octane up to 10% ethanol fuel

    What would you guys choose?

Hi Ben, Ignore the manual for suspension adjustments and get it properly adjusted. As far as the octane goes use the 91 as 94 is not necessary. 95 Ron is roughly 87 octane.

This is a good video if you’re thinking of doing it yourself.
