Street Twin Bars On Street Cup

I plan on putting street Twin bars and risers on my Street Cup.My question is will the cables and brake line have to be changed also?

 

We have a Street Cup with a side car. I am trying to decide if I should put street Twin bars and risers on the Street Cup. We've only put about 100 miles on the bike so far - but it has been a lot of fun.
