Street Triple S Derestriction Problem

Hello all,

I have the 2017 Street triple S, however it was restricted when I had my a2 license. I have tried the R but wasn't for me.

I bought the derestriction kit from triumph world and the throttle seems to be overly sensitive and if I twist it past half way, it's as if the throttle hasn't moved past that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
