Looking for help sourcing a manual cam chain tensioner and would welcome any suggestions on where to source them or how to solve the issue I have with mine where the original seems to have failed as the chain is now constantly rattly after my second track day. Issue is now constantly there and only mildly goes away when warm.

It’s a track only bike that I’m building into a race bike.

    Thanks.

I do sometimes take the plugs out and drive the rear wheel in reverse in a high gear whilst taping the adjuster assembly. It does sometime for me make a sticky adjuster spring back to life. But it depends on milage and wear.

Aperaceparts, they do a quality manual chain tensioner, among a whole lot of other quality parts.
