Str 2024 R Quickshifter Issues

STR 2024 R QUICKSHIFTER ISSUES

Hello everyone,

I have a Street Triple R 2024, with less than 600km of use. In the last few days I noticed a failure in his quickshifter, which suddenly stopped working, after a trip of approximately 400km (part carried out under moderate rain).

Some details (which you can check in the images/videos below):


1. Every time the bike is started, a maintenance warning (orange wrench) appears for approximately 3s and disappears.

2. When the TSA is turned on or off, an error warning appears extremely quickly, which I was able to "freeze" and identify as "Transmission Failed".

The bike is under warranty, but I would like to understand if anyone has ever had or witnessed such a problem and what was the feedback from the factory or dealership?

Just one geographical detail – I live in Brazil (São Paulo/SP), with average temperatures of 25º Celsius. Motorcycle used for leisure – 1x a week.
