So I got thrust upon me 1320 acres of land in America's bread basket by inheritance 2 years ago. Can't sell it because I was appointed the steward for my lifetime. A duty I will proudly serve as my obligations to my previous generations sacrifice. Feck yes this is so old school. and some may have called me a racist or whatever. Fact of the matter is it helps to feed all people regardless. Wannabe be a 3 million dollar farmer, start out with 6 million. Oh BTW the ROI exceeds 150 years without any interest. Cheers.

I always fancied a bit of land, forestry preferably... just to maintain and ride my bikes around with impunity. 1320 acres is a bit much though!!!

I don't know what you would think of it, but if you love the land, I urge you to read "Grass-fed Nation" by Graham Harvey. It might encourage you to produce good food.
