    Had a good run out today for a coffee or two with a good friend on his 9R. Loving the triple:)

    Pretty quiet. It's Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening that I avoid.

    Not guilty me lud, I quit 3 months ago from a 25 year 50 a day habit.
