Featured Speedmaster Sprocket Cover

    Got this off fleabay a few months ago for £30
    Gonna chop/cut/reshape it to some sort of cross between the ones below :cool:

    BLACK!!!! OH YEAH :cool:
    But I'm gonna polish the top edge of the fins to highlight them :)

    Ok....so this is what I'm gonna do :) cut it to shape with elongated holes which I will cover in some sort of mesh from behind :cool:
    As you might have guessed I'm very very busy at work :rolleyes:

    Taking the webbing out of the inside of the cover so I can mount the mesh in there is proving to be a reet bastid :mad: IMG_0367.JPG IMG_0368.JPG

    Cutting and filing the slots :)
    Bit more filing and dressing to do tomorrow then hopefully get a few coats of satin BLACK :cool:paint on and hang it up somewhere to dry over the weekend :)
    Just gotta find some suitable mesh from somewhere :rolleyes:
    Either aluminium or stainless steel
    Probably cut up an air filter of some sort :p

    First couple of coats applied :)
    Another coat this afternoon and leave to dry over the weekend
    Found some suitable mesh on an air filter :rolleyes:

    My mate at work...Mark....him with the rocket 3....who keeps saying I can have a go of his bike:) but never actually gets round to letting me go on it :(
    He came up with the idea and he calls them PYRO DIRECTIONAL APERTURES :eek: and yes he's a bit anal...even his wife says it:p
