Rideout Sporty Rideout With Alternative Bikes

Today my wife and I did a rideout with our alternative bikes. We took out our sporty bicycles and made a 33,8 km tour in our area. We cycled up a hill and went with "high speed" down. This was really great!
After returning home we made only a short pit stop, changed to other bikes and cycled to our local public outdoor pool. There we met a friend and with her we swam additional 1.000 metres in the pool. Back home we refreshed ourselves with a home made "Gugelhupf" (bundt cake).
The rest of the day we will enjoy some films on our couch.
