    Is there a known issue with Speedy subframe losing the coating? My 2014 bike looks like it has been touched up before and there are bits where that has come off too. Chee

    Probably just the ever diminishing attention to detail, shown by Triumph's QC dept!................... Are they made / assembled in the UK, out of curiosity?

    Has a previous owner been a bit sloppy with bungee cords and the like scratching the finish?

    Only had bike for two weeks. Was only when I got it on paddock stand I noticed how bad it was. Shop is supposedly picking bike up to repair it.
    Briefly had a 2001 Speedy but within a week I found the subframe was cracked by pillion bootlegs mount so am paranoid!
