    Hi all

new user, recently traded in my Trident for a new RR.

love the bike so far and have no issues with the clip ons for comfort, the only issue I do have however is where to attach a phone mount

my jacket pockets are annoying to fit my phone and I want to attach it as I like to use sat nav (not tried the built in system, any good?).

the only option on the market appears to be the Evotech mount which tbh spoils the whole front end as it looks huge and may block my view of the Speedo, or the Thornton hundred nut.

I like the idea of the Thornton hundred but I’d need to buy a torque wrench, adaptor, 38mm socket, the nut etc.

Has anyone found any alternatives, or an easy way of fitting a mount?

    thanks

As a former Thruxton RS owner with a quadlock and now RR..I can tell you. It's sooooo easy to fit it on the RR. Get the Evo tec quadlock. Easy fitting. Let me find a photo...

Oh..I didn't read your post. Ignore me. As you don't want to spoil the lines and hide the headstock nut. Not sure of options after that.

I posted a thread on this subject, and certainly found an answer for my Thruxton. Have a look here.

This is what you need, I think. Then, just buy the Quadlock stem mount.

Thanks, that actually looks a bit better than the stock pics, wouldn’t mind seeing one with the phone actually mounted, although would be hard to take a picture from the phone!

It does seem the easiest option and saves me buying a torque wrench, socket, stem mount etc.
