Guys, just found out there is a recall on the Speed.. Not sure for what year but it effects my Dark..only found out when I phoned to discuss warranty works. It is indicator stem or something.... I told them I have the LED turn signals and they still wanted the bike in.... V strange.... Richard go get it changed on the warranty, it was for street as well....
Been like it for a while, not dropped off and still working. Will have a word with the dealer am sure it will get sorted.
Hmm ill check too... Something else to watch for is under the seat, where the two bolts hold your rear side pods on, The plastic flange bits where the bolts go through, I've had to glue them as they have cracked, well more like shattered, spoke to dealer, they said it would not be covered on warranty as customer may of over tightened it!! :frown:
Ok took my bike in for the recall works even though I have the Triumph LED indicators.. 10 minutes later I had it back... I fixed my handle bar end, so cancelled the warranty works as well...
