Speed Triple 1200 Rr Diagnostics Port

I'll go post an intro in a sec, so apologies for my first post here being a question.

I've just got a '24 Speed Triple RR, and having come back from a 3 week deployment (only had time to ride it once since getting it) I started it and the check engine light came on.

Now I suspect it's because the battery was a bit low. I've got a code reader and adapter cable on the way, but...

Where the heck is the OBD port? I'm pretty sure I'l looking for a red 6 pin connector and I thought it would be under the seat but if it is it's bloody well hidden.

Any pointers very welcome.

And to answer my own question, on a 2024 onward Speed Triple the OBD port is here:



No adapter needed - it would seem to be a standard OBD2 port. It has a rubber shroud and simply pushes on to a plastic retainer. There's a fair amount of grease there, presumably to stop it getting too manky when water inevitably gets under the seat.

Anyway, code reader should be here today so I'll see if I can clear the error and report back later.

Cleared the fault code, it hasn't come back. No additional cables needed.
