    Hello Everyone,

A bit of advice please. I've a 2025 Speed 400 which I'm trying to get to 100mph (GPS) spending no money, or as little as possible. :)

I changed the front sprocket to a 16T and put in a cotton and oil air filter (both cost about £30 each). I use good oil and good petrol. Triumph won't help with any ECU changes, and I don't have access to anybody that can do any ECU changes (I live a bit out of city areas...). This morning I managed 98.8mph, and have done over 98 several times, but just need a little more. I put in a couple more psi of pressure in the tyres, but not enough to make the handling worse - just 2psi extra front and rear which helped to get to 98.8, but I don't want to add any more for safety's sake. My next thought was putting on an affordable end can to lose weight (although I'm not sure it'd add any power). All my times are GPS via the Beeline Moto 2.

Does anybody have any ideas other than eating less KFC or chopping off a leg? I'm also doing this on a straight rather than looking for a steep hill, etc.

    Thanks.
