    Good afternoon all
Just looking for confirmation on a part before I order it, I have accidentally snapped the arm lifter clutch I think it’s called,
The 1st few pictures are the snapped part.
The diagram I think I need number 23 and the spring 28.
    Thanks for the help.

Let’s just say I might not be as mechanically minded as I first thought :joy:
But thank you for the confirmation on the part.

Just a little update the part arrived perfect I will just fit it as I have snapped one so I now know how not to brake it….. ummm how wrong was I so that’s 2 broke even better I have the mot Thursday and a bike that doesn’t work so I have to try and order a new one, been here before then do I attempt a 3rd try or do I just push the bike 5miles up hills to get it there and fixed on the day, note to self only change parts that involve a straight swap with possible screws to undo.

How you managing to break them?
Didn't the 1st breakage provide better insight  into the design and layout?

Putting the clutch cover on, the first time it did indeed give me a good insight into it so I did things differently on the second one so not the same mistake, so from elimination I don't think there is any other scenarios for it to brake again, but we will see I’m sure I will be saying in a week I’m on attempt 4

Are you "hooking" the pushrod connection whilst pushing the cover home?
The lever needs to point the wrong way first so then rotates into the correct position as the gasket faces come together.

Are you bolting it up unhooked?
If so its a wonder all the holes don't need helicoiling :confounded:

As far as I’m aware I am hooking it on and rotating it as I put the cover on I have watched a few videos on how to do it I’m just thinking I’m not to good at doing it, or I have had faulty parts
