Hi folks. When I kick my 1965 Tiger 90 over, every so often the kickstart pedal will slip down a few inches. I'm guessing it might be worn kickstart pawl and my question is, do I need to remove the inner gearbox cover to get at the pawl? I've only just replaced the clutch (that's fine, no slipping ) and I don't really want to pull the primary apart again.

Thanks for that, confirmed my misgivings. Having just replaced the clutch the last thing I wanted to do is to dismantle the blooming thing again. I will put up with it for now. Thanks for the info, I'm sure it will come in handy.
