Use the menu on the RH button, then use the joystick to navigate Its fairly intuitive once you start playing with it. There is a HOME button if you get lost - on RH switch gear.
My mate thought the HOME button was some kind of navigation aid in case you got lost, but then again, this is the lad who thought SCREWFIX was a dating agency.
