    Hi,

    I have been wondering about a front brake upgrade for my Scrambler for a while. Since the front fork and wheel seem to be the same as a Bonnie T100, I guess any upgrade that fits a Bonnie will do for a Scrambler. Anyone here had any experience of or tried an upgrade?

    I believe that the Nissin 3-piston caliper from a CBF1000 will fit the Bonnie - should bolt straight on.
    Not tried it myself but might look out for one in the future.

    There are several popular (reasonably priced!) front brake upgrades:

    1. Change front caliper for a Honda CBR version;

    2. Change the front disc for a floater;

    3. Change the brake master cylinder for something more meaty ie larger internal piston.

    It goes without saying that the first thing you should do is to change the brake fluid and do a full bleed, if only to set a baseline.

    All the above parts are available 2nd hand from the likes of Ebay
