I want to purchase the Triumph heated grips for my scrambler 1200 xc, but can't seem to find much info on the installation process. From what I have gathered there should be a hookup inside of the bars, but my bars only seem to have a solid metal filler in the middle with a threaded hole in it. Can anyone shed some light on how you install heated grips on a scram1200xc? Thanks.
Can you not get an installation guide from your dealer? Their techs will get one if they’re installing
If you go to https://www.trumphinstructions.com. And put in the part no the full installation instructions can be downloaded and printed off
Thanks for the suggestion and link. Nearest dealership is too far to go for instructions, but the link got me the guide. It is much more involved than I had anticipated, but most of the fun in adding new bits is installing them, so now I really want them. It will make for a fun and rewarding afternoon of tinkering.
