    This has possibly been asked before but I'm new on here and want to get the best out of my 1050
    My question is what is the best set up to mount my sat nav to my 1050
    Thanks

    I just used a clamp mount that came with my Garmin 660, mounted it to the handle bar between the bar risers.
    There are loads of mounting options out there and the ram ball mounts work well, seen one that uses one of the bolts that clamps the handlebar to the headstock.

    Second ram mounts

    Touratech also make garmin brackets that feature a secure lock.

    Used them for years and leave gos on bike all the time
