Any advice about replacement silencers on 885 steamers? I have bought a pair of adaptors from Sprint Manufacturing and fancy a little more aural gruffness (ok throaty) over the standard pipes which have been welded up a couple of times. (the silencers and a section of the exhaust pipe are all one piece; the joint is a condensate trap and they rot). Any thoughts welcome.... Ricardo
I had the same issue, well not the rot but the quietness off the standard set up. I to bought the link pipes from sprint eng and I got some cheap venom cans off eBay. They came with link pipe as could not find just cans.
