I'm certain that this has been done to death but a quick search has thrown nothing up.
I have some light scratching to one of my exhausts, it is needing removal.
How should I best go about it?
Any suggestions, well almost any, would be appreciated.
I have all morning available tomorrow to apply elbow grease in the appropriate manner.

I use solvol chrome polish and a jewellers cloth. It seems to help but they are hard to get rid of.

Think you might be walking on dangerous ground. I take it your better half doesn't see these mails. But do let us know. Just out of interest you know.

    All done.
Several careful applications later and no trace left of the marks, very happy!
Thanks for the tips, Autosol works a treat!
