hi there ! here is my topic on the rebuild of an engine for my 94 tiger (t400) 2 years ago my starter clutch broke on my 127000 km engine block . first idea was to get a second hand replacement or brandnew unit but after 2 years the itch bexame to great and i found a nice almost compete donor block first idea was to use as much of the original block to make 2 into 1 . well after purchasing a complete sealing/gasket set . i started with my original cilinderhead to replace all valve gasjets enncheck wear and tear unfortunately the valves and valve seats were to far gone to reuse so i also bought the cilinderhead that came of my donor engine which also didnt have all side carter parts and of course the cilinder head . turned out we had some water damage on both items
