I'm contemplating changing the rear chrome shocks on my 2012 T100 Bonneville. I am looking at black shocks this time around. Can anyone recommend a good set? I have been looking at Hagon as a brand, around 350mm with 14mm diameter. These have been priced at roughly £200.

I have a pair of these in chrome, model 2810, I think!

Yes they are a marked improvement on standard, I think that they represent good value for money and come with a 2 year guarantee

Just fitted a set of the newer 2810 Hagon shocks on my T120 they have allen key rebound adjustment instead of the click wheel at top.
Working nicely although still bedding in.

I just fitted a set Bitubo rear shocks from B&C Express Ebay and they are superb. Dialled in straight out of the box with the correct setting for static and loaded sag - you provide your kitted weight to the manufacturer - I could hardly believe it was the same bike compared to the standard set up. Sorted the ride out and you can tell what the back wheel is doing. A bit more expensive than 2810's but I was looking at Nitro's. The finish is superb too. I think they do a black and cheaper a version without the rebound adjustment.
