My bike broke down last night and I was left at the roadside for 3.5 hours until a recovery contractor arrived to demonstrate that his van couldn't recover a bike. That's another story :mad::mad:.

The problem is this. The location that Dynojet specify allows part of the seat molding to press on the case of the PC5 via the USB socket. You'll see the impression made circled in green. If yours is installed in this way I suggest you check and re-locate the USB socket or trim the seat molding as mine has been done.
The fault can be re-created at will and I consider the unit broken as an open and closed circuit situation can be demonstrated. I've contacted Dynojet to advise them of this.
