Almost one year myself and I can't remember ever having so much fun on a forum [maybe not for you guy's though]

 

Yep, doesn’t seem that long ago since getting the first "welcome!" from you chaps.
Not sure when I started to say "Hi" to others either as it felt like it was too early for me (didn't have the right?) but it's been great tbh to welcome others to the fold

Glad I'm not the only one who has felt like that -a bit awkward saying "welcome" when I'm a noob myself.

 

I felt like that for maybe 2 days then thought feck it, they don't know I'm new, unless they start stalking my profile

 

...which we usually do...

 

That's OK, I work in leisure, I get stalked all the time

 

My motto is "Jump right in". If you wait for something to happen, generally nothing happens. If you don't invest, there is little return.

Oops ... I actually didn’t know what a fireside companion was and thought you’d found a drinking mate in the bin ...someone you sat by the fire with in the pub on cold winters nights... I need to get out more
