Dave I have Done this to my Speed Triple last year. I saw this on this forum . 25 mm that's what I went for. Stopped the numb fingers i was getting on the dual carriageway to work. Easy fix Dave

Yes it works i bought some for my 12 plate, 25 mm is about all you'll get without changing the cables mate but it Worked a treat.
All the bits cost about a £10, just make sure you get a hand holding the bars, it take minutes to do.
As per stroods pic, front view looks completely different that mine "side on", I was going to sleeve the spaces with 32mm plastic but triumph released the speed rs so just traded it instead
