Cannot get past the scruffy edge to the lawn by the washing line and the dearth of planting - needs a few shrubs around the plinth area to break up the gravel. Perhaps it should form part of a raised water feature for maximum effect when it is home to the finished portaloo. Or even perhaps another three plinths for fixed features and the fourth can be changed every month or so for different trailer/topbox themed installations, like that there Trafalgar Square.
