Grrrrrrr... I need to replace the 10A fuse that serves the 12v accessory sockets on the Tiger 900s, but - whilst I've found the right fuse - I can't get the bloody thing out. Is it some kind of dark art, do I need a tool of some sort or am I just completely useless? Help please!!!
Ah, thanks. I think I might have found a little blade fuse puller under the seat, actually. Update: Got the fuse out but don't have a stock of the mini-blades, only full size ones (so off to Halfords). Moral of the story - stick to Optimate adapters!
Ah, no - I meant one of these (which I have) as opposed to a cheap Chinese version (which I also have, and which has now blown the fuse twice - so heading for the bin).
Possible handy hint for next time ... (and as Wayne of Limehouse Lizzy invariably says - "there's ALWAYS a next time!! ) ... depending on the type of car you own (assuming you own a car) you'll often find one of the blade fuse pullers in a dock in the fuse box cover. Follow me for more inane prattle .........
Mine doesn’t. She says oh get on with it then. If I’m lucky. Edit: And if I am able to last longer than 15 seconds she says hurry up…
i hate doing that. on some of my stuff the fasteners are all BS and CEI, so when i drop that nut and it lodges in the mystery zone its not always an easy fix.
