Pannier Lock

Hi im geoff I have a rocket 3 I have corbin pannier pods and the lock has seized on one of them I would appreciate any advice on it they want £35 each for a new one it's only plastic not gold

It's named in the unblocked position I have sprayed it with WD 40

If you get it to work after spraying with WD40 make sure you lubricate the lock afterwards as WD40 will remove any lubricant that was in the lock. WD40 is a pretty good degreaser.
