Pannier advise

Hi all
managed to buy my first T Bird, gonna pick it up either next weekend or the weekend after (depending when the rest of my cash is paid to me).
It has everything I need (pillion seat and sissy bar with luggage rack) but I need to buy panniers for out France trip in the summer, I've found a set but not sure if it will fit as the mounting kit looks different and might not fit with the sissy bar attached, the picture only shows the mounting kit without the sissy bar.
Has anyone fitted this make and will it do the job

I sent Krauser two emails and had no replay from either so I guess they don't want my business, by pure look I was asking a mate if he knew anyone selling saddle bags and a guy from the next garage popped his head in and said he had a set of genuine leather saddle bags that had only been used twice.
He said he didn't like them as he preferred the hard panniers and I could have them for £200 "BONUS"
