well as the title suggests we were supposed to be going to Ostend but the hotel lost our group booking so we ended up in St Omer (France) instead. What a lovely town and much nicer than Ostend in my opinion. Pleased to report I didn’t make a navigation mistake and did arrive in St Omer and not St Anne’s. We had an absolute ball. Great bunch of people (aren’t all bikers). We saw a few war time sights such as the Death Trench at Diksmuide, the Atlantic wall, La Cupole, Dunkirk, and had some great ride outs in glorious weather and the best part of the weekend was Waspy did not fall on my foot. Did about 1000kms all together. Here’s a few piccies.
