Hope you're fighting fit soon. Don't know where your hernia was but I had a umbilical hernia repair in 2013 and to this day if I lift something too heavy I can end up with months of excruciating pain.

 

Hi mate, just had my first post-hospital check-over today of the lung problem. All appears to be good, just need to keep doing the exercises and walking the dogs !!

In 2 weeks will be the stomach check-over, but the blood test results all look good.

What have you been doing to knock yourself up ??

Them umbilical hernias are a bugger. I was fine for ten years after mine but now it aches at night if I lay on my side or stomach. Doc reckons that nerves have grown into the kevlar patch and scar tissue and get tugged. Still, doesn't affect me sex life so that's okay.

 

I'd say just a little mildly naughty under the circumstances mate.
