Hagon or Nitron? Both pretty good, Hagon will be cheaper.

Rebuild could also be a good idea, and cheaper! But the downside could be that you still have the original shock which can be a bit 'iffy' on some bikes.

Others will no doubt have different recommendations.

 

Hmmmmm ..... bouncing can often be regarded as fun. Often frivolous and joyful.

But ..... exercise???? FFS that is so, so wrong on so many levels and therefore best left to those who know no better!

15 Street Triple shocks are good for road riding. If you can't find a decent std second hand then you could try someone reputable like MCT to rebuild it for you with correct spring and oil and tweaked for your weight.

If you are planning to do track days then an aftermarket like Nitron would be the ideal way to go forward
