Found a belter of a tightening radius corner whilst out on the bike yesterday. Pushed bike down as far as possible and made it around without too much drama (but with thread title running thro' my head), but did make note that the old girl doesn't like tight bends too much !!!! Was looking at the bike today as there was a wee oil drop on the garage floor (Sump plugged nipped up, OK now) and noticed a little scrape on the bolt holding my TOR's on and a wee tiny scrape on the heat shield ! Oops. Must admit scraping noise was a bit more than just getting the peg down, wondered why it wouldn't go further ! Now I know. Making full use of my tyres !!! Note to self - It ain't a gixxer.
