Trophy Not Happy About My Trophy 900

Finally got a collection day for my Trophy but it's not until next Tuesday .................................. bummer!

Had hoped to have it for this weekend but it's not to be the seller is a small time dealer and has a "proper" job sowe have to fit into that schedule. Today he sent through photos of the documents so that I can arrange insurance ready to presentat the KAT office to get the temporary "Transit Plates" we cannot just register it there as it's a different region and personal vehicles must be registered in the region you reside in the transit plates allow one 30 days in which to use the vehicle and get it registered at your local KAT office.

 

There are some pluses here like for bikes no road tax and MOT is bi-annual there is still the municaple tax to pay on vehicles on the Ducati Monster 620ie that was about £32.

Just been into town as had to collect new bank card an the inlet gasket or the MG so while there sorted the insurance for the Trophy. This first months insurance is done on the VIN number and thee is an admin charge for this as once the real plate is issued they have to re-do the insurance to reflect this. The insurance for the year on the Triumph is £ 65 !!!!!!! Oh the reason I got the isurance today and no wait and get it locally when we got the get the Transit Plate is that it take a while for them to sort out Christine whom we sue for our insurance even had to phone the company before they would issue cover.
