This is nothing to do with bikes but there is a wealth of knowledge on here.

I will need to replace my BF Goodrich tyres soon. I have done the usual t'interweb searches but does anyone know of any bargain places to buy 265/70 R17 AT BF Goodrich tyres as typical price is around £175 a corner?

Any advice accepted, and general abuse expected. Many thanks :cool:

www.4x4tyres.co.uk have alternatives from around £100 each if you think an alternative may be okay. I may have been looking at different/wrong spec tyres though. Only you will know!

I run General Grabber AT3's on the Freelander. Usually get them for around £125 a corner. Excellent AT tyre, been running Grabbers for last 10 years on my Land Rovers. Usually a bit cheaper than BF's.

Had a set of the older AT2's on the Discovery, last tyre to be replaced was over 55,000 miles on it !!!
Can understand why they stopped making them, would never sell many :p
