Well fingers crossed they back it up with actions. It would be great to see, even if it is Indian money.
I feel that if they can produce machines equal to the new Enfield Interceptor then it will be no bad thing, this is good news for Norton and a lot better than if it was the Chinese had got their hands on the Company [in my biased opinion] looking forward to see what transpires I will be keeping my options open as I do like the Enfield and now a Norton as a possibility I hope so.
I'm not a fan of the 961 lump. I took one out on test last year before the Norton shit hit the fan. It's rough and almost agricultural IMO and its not just the fuelling thats bad. I don't think its a patch on the 865 motor in my Thruxton which in itself is an old design. The bikes themselves are lovely, fit and finish etc. but the Chinese are welcome to the 961 engine as far as I'm concerned.
I'm sure the narrator Mr Fillingham, is a very nice guy, but I've watched a few of his YouTube vids now and his voice just sends me to sleep.
Just watched this and yes I do watch Mr Fillingham's videos but this is in my opinion pure speculation on his part and not much more than scare mongering. As he said in a previous video he "heard" that Triumph were going to reduce their Bonneville range because there were just too many unnecessary variants. Since then I think they have dropped the Street cup but if anything have increased the range what with Bud Ekins specials and so on. It's any ones guess what effect this present situation is happening to the finances of Triumph but the same can be said of every company motorcycling or not. Any way I've got that off my chest and yes he is great to listen to if you want to go to sleep! If I was to put a bet on a motorcycle company that will go bust soon irrespective of the COVID situation it would be Harley Davidson.

Thanks @MadMrB, I really enjoyed listening to that interview. John certainly has a good manner and experience to tackle the task needed to relaunch the iconic brand
Poor guys, they're on their own. https://www.rideapart.com/news/517834/norton-motorcycles-v4ss-defects-solution/
I understand the frustration of owners, but looking at the list of defects on the V4SS you can see why repairing is not feasible. It then comes down to who is responsible. I wonder how it got approved and whether Stuart Garner will ever be held accountable, not that it helps the victims. https://www.superbike.co.uk/article/norton-v4ss-defect-list
