    Out for another spin today into Cornwall. Weather is great and roads are still pretty quiet thankfully.

    Dropped in to Spitfire corner just at the end of the Newquay airport runway. Guy is an enthusiast who collects planes etc!

    then up to Padstow which was deserted. Wouldn’t normally be able to get in this car park never mind get some photos

    Very lucky to have this on the doorstep and can’t say that I’m bored with retirement yet !

    Incredible weather in Cornwall !
    Hope that summer was not only during May.
    Nice pictures, nice Cornwall, and nice bike as well (I am expecting my new GT in a bit more than three weeks...)

    Thanks, sad loss of a good base, I think that spit was built by the guy who lives at that property I remember reading somewhere [I may be wrong]

    No mate, but I knew a few guys who did, they had the survival section there, it was the sister base to Kinloss both had Nimrods on anti sub duties, that guy did a good job all credit to him.
