Hi, 65 year old boy with Street triple 765 rs, great bike that replaced 2012 speed triple r. Not the grunt but fantastic revving engine with light steering & light clutch.
Welcome to the nut house you should fit right in. I see you have met some of the inmates already. Tucker
Hi Berry, I'm new to the site too after taking delivery of my first Triumph last week, a 2015 Speed triple, roll on the better weather.
Lovely bikes, both of them. Check out the results of the remap that Hilltop motorcycles have done on the new 765, brings it up to almost the same power as the WHITE bike you used to have.
Hi Berry, Don't suppose you'd want to sell your single side paddock stand now you've bought the Street? Regards, Dave.
Hi Berry and welcome! Lovely looking that Street Triple ! What made you change to the 765 if you don't mind me asking?
Hi Berry, Welcome to the site, what an excellent choice of ride ... even if in the wrong colour but maybe I am biased
Hi, speed triple getting a bit heavy as I get older, tried the street & felt a lot happier with its weight. I'm short in the leg & always on tiptoe when stationary.
Hi Berry that makes perfect sense ! I am very eager to test drive the new street but will have to patiently wait until a new importer is appointed in SA, currently no stock of any new Triumphs over here. The speed is heavy. Hope you enjoy the new bike, safe riding !
Hi Dave, If you are after a reasonably priced paddock stand for your speed I can recommed these, I have had one for my Tiger Sport for a year and it has been perfect and great value https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Warrior-...048492?hash=item20eec828ac:g:pe4AAOSwAL9UfFds
