Replaced the left handlebar and left grab bar. Got a key/lock set coming in from Germany. Still have to remove all the front parts to straighten out the cage. Slowly but surely.

Straightened out the cage, came out great. Also removed the upper triple clamp in prep for the lock/key set from Germany. The fuel tank is a beast to remove with fuel still in it, lol.

Finally got my lock/key set from Germany. Installed the ignition and temporarily plugged in the cluster. All lights work and engine turns over fine. Need to clean out the carb jets and I'm starting this baby up this weekend.

1st start. Warmed it up and drained the oil. Removed all 3 right engine covers as they were scratched up. Paint, install new gaskets then fresh oil. Getting closer.

Thank you sir. Was worried that by cleaning out the carb, I was going to mess the sync up.

Carbs had two 120 and a 115 main jet. Decided to match them all up, so got a 120 main. New Bowl Gaskets installed.

Ordered a good used left/rear foot peg for the passenger. Replaced all the burned out bulbs in the Instrument Cluster and left headlight.

Been working on the plastics as well. I'm not the best on body n paint but at least it will be solid.

Wish we were allowed number (licence) plates like that. Mr Plod would not be happy :(

The plate fitted to your bike is what we call a 'letter box type' which is illegal here in the U.K. The legal plates over here are hideous, so we tend to reduce the size as far as we dare
