    Hey Guys,

I'm Matt and I've just bought a black Scrambler with Arrow exhaust (baffle out). I was looking at different models / makes, but with a strong interest in Bonneville T100. But after doing test rides on both models, the Scrambler put a big smile on my face.

I wanted to say Hi, I look forward to use the forum to gain knowledge and tips, and share my experience.

    Cheers

    Hi Crispey,
Well I wasn't aware it was a popular bike amongst the "Matt" of this world. We are growing strong! :)

    Hi Peter,
I loved the test ride yes. A bit of both, I'm using it to commute but I intend to go on road trips and abroad too. So having this off road option is really good.

Hey Matt, Thank you - Yes I will do some mods but not in the immediate future, I've only got the bike for two weeks. I plan to get some bar-end mirrors, a tail tidy or change the rear light + signals.
    Have you made some already?

Yeh I've done a tail tidy and changed the front indicators. New rear shocks and put TORS on and put hand guards on.

The solo seat looks really good on yours...been thinking of doing that for a while!

Yes the single rack seat looks great.
You have done a lot of mods already. Did you feel that the rear shocks were bad to change them? So far I don't but I can see this is a common thing, as well as removing the air injection system...

    I
I think the rear shocks made a really big difference! I got them from TEC bike parts...I know big lad is a fan!

And keep thinking about doing the air system but haven't got time and a bit scared of it all!!

Anytime your down near Guildford sort of way let me know and we can have a ride!

I will look into the TEC rear shocks too - I saw Delboy's Garage vid on it. Great brand apparently.
Will let you know if I'm riding down there. Thanks for sharing.

Hi matt, welcome to the forum. I went down the same road as you I had always had a thing for the T100 but when I rode it was a bit disappointed so just by chance I tried the scrambler and fell in love with it. Had mine since December last year and I really like it, done a few little mods just to make it my own. Happy riding.
