Hello everyone, I own a 1995 Sprint 900 that I bought new in Indiana. After 10 years of storage I am trying to get it roadworthy. I have a couple of issues that I need help with. I think there is a special section for the older 900s so will post a querie there. It's good to be part of a group of fellow Triumph enthusiasts.

Hi DD. As a point of interest I regularly called on Bushmills in the mid 70s as a rep. for Alfa Laval. Those certainly were interesting times.
    Hi Dartplayer,
I wouldn't grace my efforts with the title "project rebuild". I am just working through the systems fixing what's broke, or siezed or bent. I have a strange issue with the centre stand. I'll post that later with a photo.

Welcome to the family. When you get the chance hit the upload a file button bottom right corner and show the inmates the newly acquired steed. Here in the asylum they just love bike pictures.
    Regards
    Joe.

    Hi Joe,,
Not much in the way of photos but this is interesting. I was all booked up to go to this year's TT, so now I have all my holiday money screaming "spend me". So I listened and acquired this hydraulic lift. Best investment ever. The Sprint is 250 kg (550lbs) (sorry, was that condescending?) but this platform makes light work of it. As a result I discovered an odd problem with the centre stand. I'll post later about that issue otherwise this post will go on forever.
