Hi all, I sold my Harley and wound up getting a new T120 and love it with a couple of exceptions so I thought I'd see if other Triumph owners might have tips. I'm in Florida where Harleys abound for sure, those and sport bikes are probably the most abundant. I wanted something that had better handling and loved the retro look and feel on the Bonneville. OK, now I hope I can figure out this format and post my questions lol...thanks all.

Greetings, Thom, and welcome to the forum! Sounds like you're happy with your Bonnie. As others have said, we here on the forum love to see members' bikes. I'm a Triumph and Harley owner so am curious what model Harley you had before you switched to the Bonneville. You said you're here to look for tips from other Triumph owners. There are a great many folks here who are super knowledgable, helpful, and experienced and also more than willing to answer questions. Poke around on the forum and you'll see there are a lot of more forums within the forum with a more particular focus. I had no experience with forums or social media for that matter prior to joining this forum but found it pretty easy to navigate with a bit of practice and also willingness to just browse around. You'll get the hang of it in no time! In what area of Florida do you live? I lived in Gainesville for a year and really enjoyed it.

Welcome to the family. Do hit the upload a file button bottom right corner and show the inmates your bike and the Harley if you got pictures.
    Joe.

Thanks, trying to figure it out here...have to say there are so many popups and adds it's hard to read anything lol...I'll try and add some photos.
Hey, thanks for the welcome. I'm in Orlando and had a Custom 1200 Sportster since 2008. I liked the better center of gravity on the Triumph. Went through some medical stuff and didn't feel confident on the Harley anymore it was kinda hard to handle. When I rode the Triumph, it felt so good and it reminded me of my first bike in 1974 lol. But much better! I do wish the Harley windscreen and other stuff. I am have a hard time with the Triumph driver foot pegs...so in the way when pushing back I wish you could fold them up for that...one thing. Well here's my bike 1st day before adding pannier and luggage rack and dart. What do you have?
