Hi folks, Been a Triumph fan for years. Recently added the Thruxton 1200 R to the stable (keeps the Super Duke R SE company) and actually haven't ridden it yet. It's snowing here and I'll have to wait until spring - so it's going to be a long - very long - winter here in Canada. I've owned quite a few bikes over the past 10 years (25), with 5 of them being Triumph's. I've had 3 Daytona 675's, with two of the "R" versions (2011 and 2013); along with a 2010 Thruxton. Still have a few bikes on the bucket list and fell in love with this one when I first saw it. Really looking forward to the improvements that they've made over the previous iteration of the bike, which I really enjoyed, but felt it was underpowered with inadequate brakes. Cheers, Michael O'Keeffe
Hi Michael & Welcome to the forum, nice intro & photos, but as they say in Game if Thrones - Winter is coming. I say roll on spring!
Some people likely think that Ron! The lighting in the dealership is so much better than my garage so I used that pic. When I went into the shop I had no intention of buying another bike ,but after seeing this beauty, I couldn't resist
