Hi guys. Was carrying out a property survey in Haywards Heath, Sussex, and noticed a small used dealer opposite. (you can probably fill in the blanks from here) Went back the next day, and stupidly brought a credit card along. Anyway...2009 Sprint ST 1050 delivered last Saturday. Wife not 100% delighted, but.... "meh" as the yoofs say. Absolutely love it. Way too fast as a returning biker, but will acclimitise. Anyone near Crawley?

Have had my meds now and just decided to say hello. Nice bike I have had three of the sprints and loved them all. I beleive if you are touring big miles you won't find a better bike. I used my 1050 to tour back and forth to Ireland When MUM was unwell. But like you said they can step out some and now i don't need it any more i got rid of it before it got rid of me. I allways went out to be sensible but when that triple roar started to growl i allways got carried away and thought i was Joey Dunlop. Ride Safe. Joe.
Thanks Tiglet. Was "sort of" looking for a sports tourer, maybe an RF900 or FJ1200....then this appeared before me! What an absolute stunner. Being British and a triple really appealed to my left field leanings.
Thanks...soooo mean looking in black. Taking it easy, as Zypher 550 and XT250 were most recent. Loved my 350 YPVS, until it was knicked.
Thanks... interesting, mine has itsi fan on quite a bit. Common fault? However, it's bastid hot at the mo.
Wives generally are more accepting of motorcycles with better passenger accommodations than the Sprint
